As a family-run business for families, it’s quintessential to our process to provide the best possible quality of care after having the same struggles for care that our clients face. We feel an innate sense of responsibility regarding the quality of our service.
Within the industry of family care, forming strong bonds between company, caregiver, and customer is essential. The loyalty of our staff when it comes to their favourite families is reflected in our clients, and it’s a gratifying and heartwarming method of business.
At British Nannies, we continuously enhance our service using feedback from clients, partner companies, and our own employees, which we welcome both organically and through active requests. It’s really lovely when we get positive feedback for specific team members; and when there’s room for improvement, we always do our best to not only follow-up with the individual, but also address any route cause issues – whether that’s improving transparency, increasing training of staff, or efficiency within office procedures. Overviews of feedback are discussed regularly within the Management Team to facilitate a broader discussion of areas to work on.
